Sundown Lodge was a great home base for our 1-night stay. The staff interactions were really friendly, and we loved the cool location within walking distance of shops. We also appreciated the free parking onsite and the nearby restaurants that were open for dinner or breakfast. Additionally, the nice cafe served a good breakfast and was a great perk.

Super clean with great amenities, excellent location, friendly staff, loved the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Close to dining options and attractions like the Owl Club. A great base to explore Eureka and the beautiful mountains.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The town is small but friendly and has breathtaking views. If you’re up for a long drive, the highway is worth experiencing. Coffee shop and art gallery nearby offer a great atmosphere and unique experiences. Plenty of hot water for showers and the help is helpful and friendly.

Security is an issue as there is only one lock on the door which is accessible to management. The walkways and stairwells need maintenance and were full of dead bugs.
